Tehran Book Garden hosted the vibrant celebration for the start of the theatrical release of the animated feature film
The animated feature “Royacity” was officially unveiled on the evening of Friday, 5 Ordibehesht, in a magnificent ceremony at Tehran Book Garden, marking the beginning of its nationwide release. With the strong presence of families, children, media, and members of the production team, this ceremony became one of the standout cultural events of the week in the capital.

The animated film “Royacity”, with the tagline “City of Dreams, Green Earth”, is one of the landmark productions of 1403 in the field of children’s and youth cinema. By focusing on local storytelling, strong character development and imaginative worldbuilding, it seeks to offer a fresh perspective on children’s cinema in Iran.
The opening celebration of this animation marked the official start of its nationwide run in cinemas; an event held in one of the country’s major cultural hubs, Tehran Book Garden , which created an energetic, family-friendly and culturally rich atmosphere.
