Mahva Game & Entertainment Center

Mahva is a place for creating imaginative games that turn dreams into reality.

Mahva Games and Entertainment Division

In the Games and Entertainment Division of Mahva, with a deep understanding of the current position of the digital games industry in the world and in Iran, we are committed to managing and developing the full production chain of mobile and PC games through a systematic and professional approach.

We believe that games, beyond being a tool for entertainment, are a powerful medium for storytelling, education, and cultural exchange. Based on this belief, we have built our mission on three key pillars:

Ideation and conceptual design: creating unique ideas rooted in Iranian culture and mythology and turning them into executable concepts.

Professional game production: leveraging specialized teams in graphic design, programming, sound design, and gameplay to produce games that meet international quality standards.

Targeted publishing and distribution: managing the release process, from testing and marketing to entering domestic and international markets with a clear strategy.

Our ultimate goals are to increase the market share of Iranian games, to create independent game production cells across the country, and to strengthen a sustainable flow of native games at the national and international levels.

Guidelines for submitting game proposals

The introduction to your proposal is its most important part. This section can encourage the reader to continue or cause them to stop reading. Use a creative and exciting tone to present your concept.
Example: Cheshm-e Esfandiar is an online strategy game inspired by the Shahnameh that takes the player into the world of traditional battles.

Describe the game in a way that makes the reader feel as if they are playing it. Use the second person perspective (you) and describe the user experience.
Example: At the start of the game, you choose between Story Mode and Online Battle. In the story of Rostam and Esfandiar, you stand alongside Rostam and, using strategy and troop placement, must overcome your enemies.

What is the overall narrative of the game? How are the characters introduced and developed? How does the story end?

What is the main message of the story? What values are conveyed, such as self sacrifice, courage, or patriotism? In which parts of the game are these values apparent?

If you have used a structural model such as the hero journey, Syd Field, or Frank Daniel, explain how your concept corresponds to that model. This is optional but helpful in the evaluation process.

For which audience is your game designed (children, teenagers, adults, general audience, professional gamers, and so on), and what needs or preferences of that audience does it address?

Mention examples of games that are similar in style or visual approach and from which you have drawn inspiration. If you have visual designs, attach some views of the proposed game world.

Negative risk: repetitive or boring levels, or high costs compared with a limited target audience.
Positive risk: a new mechanic or a fresh experience that has not yet been produced and can stand out in the market.

Introduce the key members of the production team: game designer, story writer, lead programmer, visual designer, project manager, and others.
